History:Xander's Adopted Father Dr.Clearwater, part time is a Scientist at Forsa Industries Working on New Projects and Such. During A Study He Realized A Chemical they made resembled Plasma, but was a Energy Saving Substance Which can be used for many things. To Help Enhance Police Security The Doctor Made a Prototype Of a Gun Model Which had a Holster To hold the substance when contained in a small Test tube. The Gun When Tested Was Proven To Work. But Some of the Bandits from The Wastelands Planned To Rob The Industries to Use The Guns for their own work. The Doctor alarmed Earlier Kept The Guns In Hiding but later decided to give them To Xander To Keep For Safety.

looks good Xander but one two things i need you to look at and fix before approval 1) how long is the opponent stunned for? 1 post being minimum. 2) Serif Industries deals in human augmentations meaning they deal with replacement organs and limbs. i can see where your coming from just as long you you know that's what serif industries does. they don't deal in actual weapons
